Benannt nach der der "Arca Aurita", einer fossilen Meeresmuschel, die im Boden des Weingutes zu finden ist. Dies ist auch das Geheimnishinter dem verfhrerisch mineralischem Geschmack. Sein Bouquet erinnert an Kakao, Johannisbeerkonfitre und Rosmarin neben elegant wrzigen und balsamischen Anklngen. Der Wein reift fr 18 Monate in Barrique und mindestens 12 Monate in der Flasche.
