They are the sandals of choice for long road races or 24 48 hour road track events. The extra thickness provides a little more comfort during longer runs when your feet get tired and you dont want to feel every bit of stone and gravel. The Samos Plus are a bit more robust than the regular version, yet still light and nimble. Footbed 0,8 mm thick
