The series features casks specially selected by the Distillery Manager Stewart Bowman. The 3rd edition is a 12 years old unpeated expression, which was initially matured for 6 years in a first and second fill bourbon barrels and then re racked into a first sill Spanish red wine cask for the last 6 years.
