As a first step, let us begin by focusing on efficiency and adhering to company tag line “Aspiring Growth”. Time bound delivery within defined costs is going to add to our bottom-line and each one of you can contribute towards the same. Apart from that, we are fighting a major battle on the perception front. I would like all of you to think yourself as the ambassadors of the organization who are representing DUCO in front of various stakeholders. DUCO should be perceived as a customer centric company displaying high level of probity. Integrity and trust should form the base of our interactions. As we enter the new financial year, let us all commit ourselves to bettering our past records by end of this fiscal.
